Phil Cushman is President, Neapco Components and Vice President of Neapco Holdings, LLC.
Phil has more than 30 years of executive leadership within the automotive industry, having held several leadership roles in operations, engineering, program management, quality and sales with leading Tier One automotive suppliers such as Benteler, Visteon and Valeo. Prior to Neapco, he served as chief executive at CURT Group, overseeing several manufacturing plants, engineering, quality and OE aftermarket sales.
Phil earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Administration from Central Michigan University. He is married with three children and two grandchildren. Phil enjoys flying and holds a private pilot’s license.
