DEUTSCHLAND TEST, a publication in Germany, has recognized Neapco as a top automotive supplier providing excellent customer support.
3,000 companies from 80 sectors were put to the test, with data being collected, analyzed and put into categories including service, advice, trust and customer satisfaction. The rating of excellent customer service was awarded on the basis of positive, negative and neutral company mentions, resulting in points scored within the overall ranking.
