Neapco is currently seeking to fill the full-time position of Director, Sales, leading, developing, and implementing all aspects of the Global Sales objectives. This position is based out of our Southeast Michigan facility. Compensation dependent upon qualifications.

Job Description:


  • Responsible for all customer communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on customer deliverables and revenue.
  • Builds positive relationships with key customer groups (purchasing, engineering, etc.).
  • Provides timely communication of customer program requirements throughout all internal departments.
  • Ensures accuracy of contract pricing.
  • Leads customer communications regarding all commercial issues.
  • Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
  • Leads quote process for engineering changes and new business opportunities.
  • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain continuous knowledge of project status.
  • Ensures that all customer and Neapco processes and procedures are known and followed.
  • Manages pricing strategies to ensure project profitability and corporate objectives are met.
  • Pursue opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Preferred Skills:


  • Minimum of three (3) years Account/Project Management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a high level of Excel knowledge.
  • High level of initiative, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Motivated self-starter, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think on a strategic level.
  • Bilingual - fluency in German


  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
