Neapco is currently seeking to fill the position of Vice President, Aftermarket Sales and Marketing for our Components Division.


The Vice President, Aftermarket Sales and Marketing, provides senior level leadership and direction, as well as cultural leadership within the regional sales function. They will have responsibility for all aspects of sales and business development, for building relationships with team members, as well as current and prospective customers. The Vice President, Aftermarket Sales and Marketing is an integral part of the executive team for the Components Division, and reports to the President of Neapco Components, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth of market share and margin expansion
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and branding strategy to increase the sales of the organization
  • Marketing and branding of Neapco product portfolio via value-proposition offerings to aftermarket customers
  • Manage the e-commerce (Drivelink) and other e-commerce initiatives
  • Building of strong network and engagement with advanced commercial and technical decision-makers at aftermarket customers
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with prospective clients, existing customers, and various business partners
  • Initiate various business plans to enhance the overall growth of the organization
  • Analyze market by product, customer, and region
  • Evaluate strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within Neapco product portfolio
  • Interface with Aftermarket, automotive, light and heavy-duty truck and Service strategy developers
  • Prioritize resource utilization/value proposition development on basis of above results
  • Generate development contracts supporting Neapco’s growth plan
  • Business case creation and consolidation for review with President Neapco Components and Executive leadership
  • Communicate with the President of Neapco Components and Executive Leadership Team to report regarding emerging financial and business issues within the organization and with customers
  • Manage the development of marketing materials and programs to promote the Neapco brand
  • Manage the Product Manager and work with the Engineering team to develop new products and product lines to support the overall business plan
  • Manage the cataloging, applications, website, and social media, for the Aftermarket Group

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong background and demonstrated experience in sales and business development in the Aftermarket and Service business 
  • Strong business leadership and acumen (management principles, strategic planning, critical thinking, budgeting, resource allocation, human resources, etc.)
  • Previous experience working for an aftermarket automotive and/or truck company, within a multicultural environment
  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in a key sales management role in a manufacturing or automotive environment (automotive manufacturing experience required)
  • Leads by example and creates and maintains strong partnerships and positive relationships with internal and external associates through open communication, transparency, and performance, via measurement and feedback
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering or a related discipline. MBA or advanced degree preferred
