Kenneth (Ken) Hopkins is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Neapco Holdings, LLC, a world-class designer, marketer, and manufacturer of advanced driveline solutions for global automotive and industrial markets. Ken is charged with guiding a dedicated and talented executive staff, supported by experienced management teams and a committed workforce with operations throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Ken joined Neapco in November 2014.
Prior to joining Neapco, Ken was Chief Operating Officer of JTEKT North America, responsible for all North American Bearing, Driveline, and Steering operations, overseeing more than 20 facilities with sales exceeding $2.4B Ken joined JTEKT Corporation in 2010 through an acquisition of the needle bearing division from the Timken Company. Mr. Hopkins was confirmed as a Managing Officer of The JTEKT Corporation in June, 2013. Notably, he was the first non-Japanese executive to be named a Managing Officer of JTEKT.
Prior to joining JTEKT, Ken spent five years at The Timken Company, his last role as President of the global needle roller bearings business division. He joined Timken in 2004 as vice president of strategy and innovation and in 2006 became the vice president of the company's European automotive business. From 2001 to 2004 Ken served as the director of global marketing at Motorola Automotive. Prior to Motorola, Mr. Hopkins served in several capacities for Johnson Controls and Bosch, where he spent 10 years in business management, sales and engineering.
He began his career in 1989 at General Motors as a test engineer in the Chassis Test Lab. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and currently resides in the Detroit Metro area along with his wife and 5 children. He currently serves on the board of a private company as well as contributing time to several community and faith-based organizations.
Gerry has recently been appointed Chief Operating Officer, Neapco Holding LLC, currently located in Belleville, Michigan. In this role, Gerry has the responsibility of all global business unit performance. In addition, Gerry leads the Corporate Quality, Product Engineering, Purchasing and Advanced Manufacturing functions to ensure that regional standards of excellence are supported and embraced.
In March of 2011, Gerry joined Neapco as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management shortly after the acquisition of Neapco Europe, Formally TEDRIVE. His experience in global supply systems and management was critical in Neapco’s first step into the global market. In 2014, he assumed dual responsibility as Vice President –Purchasing and Manufacturing leading the expansion of Neapco’s global growth through customer and product diversification. Moving forward, Gerry will be instrumental in the planning and execution of further expansion as customers continue to request localized product.
Prior to Neapco, Gerry spent 11 years at Chrysler in a number of cross-functional assignments as part of the Car and Truck Assembly Group. Gerry was then hired at American Axle and Manufacturing for 12 years and held key executive positions in Quality, Purchasing, Human Resources, and Manufacturing before moving into the Defense Industry where he assisted in the establishment of a Joint Venture.
Gerry is a native to Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University in Materials and Logistics Management - Operations and Purchasing Management.
Greg Anderson is the Chief Financial Officer for Neapco Holdings LLC, currently located in Belleville, MI. In this role, Greg has responsibility for all financial matters of Neapco and reports to Ken Hopkins, President & CEO of Neapco Holdings LLC. Greg joined Neapco in October of 2015.
Prior to joining Neapco, Greg was the Finance Director for the Global Electronics Division of TRW, serving as the lead finance executive of the $>1B global business during a period of rapid growth. Previous financial leadership roles at TRW included: Finance Director for the Occupant Safety Systems North America Business and Finance Director for Global Product Development. Prior to TRW, Greg served in various financial roles of increasing responsibility at Delphi Corporation & Lucent Technologies. Greg began his career at Deloitte & Touche.
Greg is a native to Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Butler University, a Master of Science in Accounting from Babson College and an MBA in Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Greg, along with his wife and two sons, reside in the metro Detroit area.
Erik Leenders is the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Strategy for Neapco Holdings, LLC. In this position, Erik oversees all aspects of the company’s global sales activities, as well as corporate strategy. In this role his responsibilities include profitable growth with our valued customers around the Globe. He is supported by professional teams with offices in North America, Europe and Asia.
Erik gained more than 23 years of automotive experience with both OEM and Tier 1 suppliers. He served in various operational and leadership functions at Ford, Visteon, tedrive and Neapco. Prior to this assignment, Erik was Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Business Strategy and Managing Director in Europe.
He began his career in 1992 at Ford as a controls engineer of the Dueren plant in Germany. He graduated in Automation Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences, Aachen, Germany. In addition he has a Master’s degree in Automotive Systems Engineering from Loughborough University, United Kingdom. Erik, along with his wife and 3 children, recently relocated from Germany to the US and currently resides in the Detroit Metro area.
Neil Wasylewski is Neapco’s Vice President of Global Program Management. In this position, he is leading our global project teams in pursuit of flawless launch, delivering on our promises, as well as continuous improvement of the global systems employed. The lean cross-functional approach allows Neapco to meet the demanding project and delivery requirements of our customers while still maintaining the support, stability, and competitiveness that they have come to expect from us.
Neil’s career has focused on both OEM and Tier 1 supply with various positions American Axle, Ford, Visteon, and Neapco. In these different roles, Neil has led global project and strategy teams across a broad spectrum of the automotive chassis area including: steering, suspension components, half car suspension/frame modules, corner modules, brakes, exhaust and drivelines. In Neil’s most recent Neapco assignment, he completed 3 years in mainland China as the General Manager of Neapco Asia. In this position Neil established Neapco’s business model and initial manufacturing strategy within the region and led all day-to-day business, regulatory, and automotive operation activities.
Neil currently holds 11 U.S. and 12 foreign patents. He attended Michigan Technological University for both his undergraduate and graduate education in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Neil currently resides in South East Michigan along with his wife and 3 sons.
Arvind Srinivasan was named Vice President for Neapco's Global engineering and research & development functions in June 2013. In this role, Srinivasan oversees all aspects of the company’s global product development activities, at a corporate level in conjunction with Neapco's operating units.
Srinivasan has more than 18 years of industry experience and previously served in various engineering & leadership positions at AAM, Visteon and Dana. Prior to joining Neapco, he led the engineering and product development for constant velocity joints and propshafts at AAM. Before joining AAM, he has served in product engineering positions specializing in halfshafts & constant velocity joint designs at Visteon and Dana.
Srinivasan has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo with a Thesis focused on constant velocity joint design and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India.
Chris Fenton has recently been appointed Neapco’s Managing Director in Europe. Based in Dueren, Germany, Chris has full P & L responsibility for Neapco’s European Business Unit which currently has operations in Dueren, Germany and Praszka, Poland. Prior to this appointment, Chris served as Neapco’s Vice President of Quality and Continuous Improvement.
Chris has more than 28 years of industry experience and has previously served in operations and leadership positions with Bosch, TRW, Kohler, and Piston Automotive. Prior to joining Neapco, Chris served as Piston Automotive’s Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement. Throughout his career, Chris has held roles of increasing responsibility in manufacturing engineering, operations, program management, quality, supply chain and continuous improvement. Chris has spent a significant amount of his career living and working internationally, having completed expatriate assignments in Europe (Germany) and Southeast Asia (Thailand). Chris also spent three years working in Juarez, Mexico launching Greenfield operations for Bosch.
Chris is native to Michigan and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) with a focus on Operations Management and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. Chris is both an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). Chris currently resides in Aachen, Germany.
Keith Sanford is President of Neapco Components, a subsidiary of Neapco Holdings. Keith has over 37 years of professional experience in engineering, materials, manufacturing and administrative management in both the metalworking and electronics industries. Since joining Neapco in 1994, Keith has held various positions in senior management that includes sales, manufacturing, engineering and administration.
Keith was part of the executive management team that helped facilitate the sale of Neapco from UIS to the Carlyle Group in 2003, and the team that acquired Neapco with the backing of the Wanxiang Group in 2006. In 2008, he was a member of the management team that completed the acquisition of the Ford / ACH driveshaft manufacturing business that is now located in Belleville, Michigan.
Prior to joining Neapco, Keith was President and Chief Executive Officer of a tool, die and metal stamping company located in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Vice President, Operations of an electronic and circuit board manufacturing company located in Philadelphia. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Drexel University and also holds a Professional Engineers License. He also has served as a board member of privately held companies.
Bryan Wolff is the Vice President of Global Purchasing for Neapco Holdings, LLC. In this role, Wolff oversees all global procurement and supplier development activities and has been commissioned to develop and maintain a diverse and stable supply base capable of meeting Neapco’s high quality requirements and expectations. Neapco believes that strong and strategic supplier relationships are the foundation for long-term success and his teams strive to uphold this directive and establish these key partnerships.
Wolff joined the Neapco Drivelines procurement team in 2009 and following his progression into the Director of Purchasing position overseeing regional procurement activities, transitioned to Neapco Holdings in 2015. Prior to joining Neapco, he amassed ten years of supply chain experience with DaimlerChrysler AG and Chrysler LLC in various roles within purchasing, logistics, supply, and strategy.
Wolff received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is an Evans Scholars alumni, a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), and currently resides in Ann Arbor along with his wife and daughter.
